Remove old and worn sole completely before applying replacement sole.
Vinyl cemente must be used if boot sole material is vinyl or plastic.
Outline boot sole on felt sole with pencil or marker.
If boot has block heel, cut felt sole in half at heel/arch area.
If a boot sole is longer than felt sole, cut felt sole in half at the arch area and space for heel-to-toe coverage. A espace in the arch area and space for heel-to-toe coverage. A espace in the arch are will not reduce traction.
Korkers felt soles have already been sealed. Apply a thin layer of glue to prepared boot sole andcoated side of felt. This will seal and form a contact base. Let dry for approximately 1 hour.
Apply a second coat to both felt soles and boot soles. Let glue get tacky, approximately 10 minutes.
Using your outline as a guide, apply felt soles to boot soles starting at either heel or toe. Press together. Clamping is not necessary. Trim excess with a sharp knife.
Pound with hammer or mallet to remove air bubbles. Repeat until edges adhere.
